2. Platform Purpose

OMREW provides a confidential, subscription-based online marketplace for off-market commercial properties, luxury homes, and related investment opportunities. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

3. Membership Levels

• LIFETIME FREE: View listings 5+ weeks old.
• PREMIUM ($9.99/month): View all listings.
• PREMIUM PLUS ($19.99/month): View all listings and post your own.

Membership fees are billed through third-party payment processors. All sales are final.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they post. You may not upload fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content. You agree not to misuse the platform for spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized data collection.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

OMREW values discretion. Sellers choose whether to reveal identifying information or remain anonymous. We never sell or share personal data with third parties. Communication through the platform remains secure.

6. No Brokerage Relationship

OMREW is not a broker, agent, or fiduciary. We do not negotiate, advise, or close transactions. All dealings are strictly between buyers and sellers. Users should conduct their own due diligence and are strongly encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals, including licensed real estate brokers, attorneys, and accountants, before entering into any transaction.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Post unlawful, false, or defamatory material.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass security features.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OMREW provides the platform ‘as is’ and makes no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or any damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Termination

OMREW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, particularly for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

11. Changes to Terms

OMREW may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
